The United States of Reconnection
A four-book Love Loops series for a country learning how to love again
We are living through a time of fear, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm.
The US of R Series exists to help us understand how we got here — and how we come back to each other, one relationship at a time.
This is not a political series.
It’s a relational recovery series.
What is the US of R Series?
US of R stands for The United States of Reconnection — a response to a culture that has been shaped by fear, disinformation, and emotional immaturity.
This four-book series explores:
how fear disconnects us from ourselves and each other
how fear loops get reinforced in families, media, religion, and politics
and how love loops — trust, empathy, repair, and accountability — can be relearned
Each book builds on the last.
Use the resources for personal growth work privately or better yet, start forming Love Loops by creating your own bookclub - with the books and free workbooks or with the Love Loops Movement Substack.
Together, this collection forms a path back to us.
The Four Books in the Series
Book One
They Are Controlling Us With Fear
The United States of Disconnection
This book names what many people feel but struggle to articulate:
A generation has been taught to fear each other — and it’s tearing us apart.
Book One explores:
fear loops and how they shut down empathy
emotional dysregulation at a cultural level
how disinformation and trauma reinforce “us vs them” thinking
why shame and secrecy keep people stuck
This book does not blame.
It re-informs, contextualizes, and invites readers back into shared reality.

How This Series Is Being Shared
Part of the Love Loops Movement
The US of R Series is the backbone of the Love Loops movement — a global effort to replace fear loops with love loops through emotional skill-building, connection, and compassion.
Love Loops teaches that:
fear spreads through disconnection
love spreads through relationship
and healing happens together
These books are one part of a growing ecosystem of free resources, groups, guides, and community practices.
You don’t need to agree with everyone.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need curiosity, goodwill, and a willingness to practice.
This is a path back to us.
