Free Resources for Reconnection

These resources are designed to help individuals, families, and communities:

  • understand what’s happening

  • calm fear and overwhelm

  • build emotional skills

  • and practice connection in real life

Why These Resources Are Free

We are living in a time of fear, disinformation, and emotional disconnection.

Many people are struggling — not because they are bad or broken — but because their nervous systems have been overwhelmed for a long time.

Love Loops exists on a simple belief:

Safety, truth, and belonging help people grow.

Shame, secrecy, and fear do not.

That’s why these resources are offered freely — to individuals, book clubs, families, classrooms, and communities — so that people can begin reconnecting without pressure, cost, or judgment.

📖 The US of Recovery Series

The United States of Recovery (US of R) is a four-book Love Loops series exploring how fear disconnected us — and how we come back together.

Boon One, The United States of Disconnection, is available through book purveyors, and at TheUSofD.com

  • Book Two, The United States of Fear, is being released chapter by chapter on Substack

  • You can follow along without purchasing the book

  • Designed for individual reflection and group discussion

  • Start with the pre-stories describing the origins of this book collection in 2016

They address common areas of misinformation, including:

  • fear-based narratives

  • identity and difference

  • moral panic and “us vs them” thinking

These guides are not about winning arguments.
They are about restoring empathy and truth.

🤝 Groups, Circles & Relational Practice

Healing happens in relationship.

Love Loops resources are designed to support:

  • book clubs

  • community circles

  • small groups

  • neighbors gathering

  • ongoing relational practice

Some groups meet publicly.
Others happen quietly — around kitchen tables.

Both matter.

You don’t need to do everything.
You don’t need to agree with everyone.
You don’t need to be “good” to belong.

Start with one resource.
Start with one relationship.
Start where you are.

Love Loops is about practicing love and kindness as goal behaviors — with ourselves, our neighbors, and our communities.

This is a path back to us.
