• farmers market

Choose somewhere easy to find.

Step 2

Choose a weekly time.

Example:

Sunday 6:30 PM

Consistency matters more than convenience.

People need to know the walk always happens.

Step 3

Show up and walk.

Walk for about 30–60 minutes.

People naturally form pairs or small groups as they talk.

Step 4

Optional coffee or social time.

Some groups continue chatting afterward at a café or park.
